How to raise a support request
1. Email us your issue
Write to support@3idea.in with your order number, printer model, and a short description of the problem. Attach photos or a short video if possible — this speeds up diagnosis significantly.
2. Our team reviews your case
A service engineer will review your request within 24 working hours and reply with either a fix guide or a request for more information.
3. Remote or on-site resolution
Most issues are resolved remotely over email or WhatsApp. If the issue requires hardware repair, we will guide you through shipping the unit to our Mumbai service centre or arrange a technician visit.
4. Repair & return
Hardware repairs are typically completed within 5–7 working days. You will receive a WhatsApp update when your printer is ready for pickup or dispatch.
