  • The printer has an easy to use display screen. On this screen, you can input commands or check the status of current builds. The size of this touch screen is 4.3 inches and there are keys available for preheating and print. This screen makes the printer easy to use and convenient for the user. Shortcut keys for different operations are also there on the touch screen.
  • Similar to other CreatBot printers, CreatBot DX also comes with the feature of an automatic filament checker. If the printer runs out of filament, it stops the printing and signals the user to get a refill. Furthermore, the printer has a power outage emergency feature as well. In case the power goes out in the middle of a build, the printer stops printing and notices the progress. The build can then be resumed after power is back up.
  • The printer has a full metal body and comes with a metal hotend that adds a lot to its durability. The metal chassis and frame increase the stability of the printer as well. The first batch of these printers are claimed to have been running for over nine years. The metal cooling sink can effectively work to cool down the excessive heat in the machine.
